what is flipgrid? and what is it used for?

Flipgrid is a simple, free, and accessible video discussion experience for learners and families. Flipgrid is a website that allows teachers to create "grids" to facilitate video discussions. Each grid is like a message board where teachers can pose questions, called "topics," and their students can post video responses that appear in a tiled grid display. One of the main things going for flipgrid is its ease of use. Teachers set up an account and create grids, which act as communities for students to work in. Within each grid, the teacher creates prompts called topics, and students post video responses to the prompts and replies to each other's videos.

1. after you sign up as an educator, you should create a group for your students. 

you can send invitation links, emails or codes to your students.

2. secondly, you should create a new topic filling in title and description for the assignment. also, you can add media from different platforms given below the page.

3. now, it is time to share this post with my students. you can use other platforms such as classroom, twitter, etc in order to share invitation links.

4. if you are student who will share your response to this assignment. it is very easy to create a response. 

5. while shooting your response video, you can add filters, emojis to your appearance if you do not want your face to be visible. you have 1.30 minutes in total for shooting your video. 

7. you can view the responses below if you are an educator. you can also add comments to the responses which your students have shared with you.
